I lead the way I wish someone had led me. With patience, presence, and a refusal to leave people behind. The leadership I practice was forged in classrooms I came back to as an adult, in a business I built from nothing, and in a home where I learned that showing up consistently is its own kind of strength.
My philosophy is simple. Purpose over pressure. Service over spotlight. People before performance. Every room I walk into, I bring the same question: how do we leave this place better than we found it?

2025 to 2026
Midlands Technical College
Represented student voices directly to college leadership. Shaped policy, drove student engagement initiatives, and made sure the people who actually attend the college had a seat at the table where decisions got made.

Led the chapter through two separate terms. Built community among honor scholars, drove service initiatives, and created space for students who didn't always feel like they belonged in an honors organization to realize they did.

Phi Theta Kappa
Served in regional leadership representing Phi Theta Kappa chapters across the Carolinas. Worked alongside chapter leaders to strengthen engagement, community, and student success across the region.

Phi Theta Kappa
One of a select group of students nominated to run for International President of Phi Theta Kappa, one of the largest and most prestigious honor societies in the world with over 3.5 million members. Being nominated means your peers and institution believe you're ready to represent the entire organization on a global stage. That's not something you apply for. It's something you earn.

MTC Writing Center
Helped fellow students find their voice and build confidence in their writing. Some of the most rewarding work I've done — watching someone go from "I can't write" to submitting something they're genuinely proud of.
